Plastic pellets are custom blended per customer requirements and extruded into sheets from 0.100" to 1.5" thick. The process is a delicate balance of precise temperature control to achieve enhanced dimensional stability and the highest quality cosmetic appearance in the industry. Various polyolefins, textures, lengths, widths, and coextruded color models can be changed on the fly. |
